My design story started 8 years ago when I went to secondary school. We were fortunate to have a fantastic workshop where we could bring ideas to life and begin experimenting with woods, metals and plastics.

It allowed me to experience different design processes and find out what I liked and had a passion for. Fast forward 7 years later I decided to pursue design at Leeds Beckett University to further improve my skills.

I began to add much more significant software skills to my collection and found ways to prototype and manufacture at a much more significant pace. I felt my design skills growing a faster rate.

I began to do research into human centred design, I wanted to understand what made design truly good. I wanted to know what separated good design from the rest and make it the best possible for the user.

And all of this has led me up to the current moment where I have confidence in my skills to produce good work in a fast and efficient matter while maintaining the principles of good design
